Putin declares three-day May ceasefire to mark 80 years since WWII victory
Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced a ceasefire in Ukraine from the morning of May the 8th to the 11th. Kiev has dismissed the move, instead calling for an immediate month-long ceasefire. The US has echoed Ukraine's calls for a permanent truce. Craig Boswell reports from Washington.
