At least 22 people have been killed by a Russian rocket strike on a train in Ukraine. The nation had been warned of attacks on its Independence Day, and as President Volodymr Zelenskyy warns of more strikes over the weekend, Washington says Moscow will hold sham elections to consolidate control in the east.
