Turkish Foreign Minister Cavusoglu visits Uruguay on his tour
Turkish Foreign Minister Cavusoglu was in Uruguay on Saturday as he signed bilateral trade agreements with his Uruguayan counterpart. The two top diplomats underscored the rising potential between the two countries as Turkiye inuguarated its 17th diplomatic mission in Latin America. Our correspondent Yunus Paksoy has more.
