Türkiye seeks stronger ties with BRICS
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is due to arrive in the Russian city of Kazan in the coming hours to take part in the BRICS summit of major developing countries. The Turkish government has expressed an interest in joining the economic bloc. Our diplomatic correspondent Andrew Hopkins reports from the summit venue.
