In Kenya, USAID funding has been a lifeline for HIV-positive orphans, helping them receive the treatment they need to survive. But a funding freeze has left millions of dollars worth of medication stranded in warehouses, putting vulnerable lives at risk. Anne Macharia reports from the capital Nairobi.
