US forges ahead with 104% tariff on Chinese goods
Despite warnings they may spark a long-lasting global recession, Donald Trump's punishing new tariffs have come into effect worldwide. Many US imports now have an extra tax of up to 50 percent. And for China, that's risen to a huge 104 percent. Craig Boswell reports.
