US officials head to Russia to discuss proposed 30-day ceasefire

US President Donald Trump says negotiators are on their way to Russia for talks on a possible ceasefire with Ukraine. Ahead of their arrival, the Russian president visited the battlefield and threatened action against Ukrainian soldiers. Craig Boswell reports
