US says Russia and Ukraine agree to Black Sea ceasefire deal
Russia and Ukraine have agreed to a US-brokered deal to end attacks in the Black Sea. The announcement follows two days of intense US-held meetings with Moscow and Kiev in Riyadh. The US has confirmed some agricultural sanctions on Russia will also be lifted. Shadia Edwards-Dashti has more from Kiev.
