US skips G20 meeting as Rubio protests South Africa's land reform

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has boycotted the G20 foreign ministers meeting in South Africa over the country’s land reform programme. But his absence didn't stop President Cyril Ramaphosa from appealing to leaders to come together to address issues affecting the developing world. Thuso Khumalo reports from Johannesburg.
