Volunteers launch community initiatives to help rebuild Syria

Signs of change are beginning to show in post-Assad Syria. Some of the most significant shifts is a return to community volunteering. For the first time in years, local teams are stepping in to help the country rebuild. TRT World’s Nour Qormosh reports from the coastal city of Latakia.
