Britain has started placing asylum seekers on a giant barge called the Bibby Stockholm. 15 men have arrived, but the capacity is 500. Activists warn that conditions onboard are likely to deteriorate, and the fire brigades union called the vessel a “death trap”. So, is this part of a deliberate policy to make Britain hostile to immigrants?
