Germany's National Security Strategy: Will it work?
Germany has published its first ever National Security Strategy. It makes clear commitments on NATO, battling climate change and preventing cyber attacks. It also takes a swipe at Russia and China - its biggest trading partner. Olaf Scholz called the plan a “major change” to German policy. But is it really?
