St Louis Jazz Festival

International Jazz Day was created to both honour the unique musical style and to celebrate the genres global reach. Jazz may have originated in the United States but its sounds have travelled as far away as Senegal, which is currently hosting the week-long Saint Louis Jazz Festival. Appearing on stage in the capital Dakar will be some of the most talented jazz musicians from around the world.
