Greek authorities have been criticised for not coming to the rescue an overcrowded migrant boat that sank in the Mediterranean Sea on Wednesday killing at least 78 people. Ali Zafer Sagiroglu from Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University explains whether this criticism is justified.
