Since the fatal truck attack in the French city of Nice in July last year, more than 220 people have been killed by vehicle attacks in Europe. They're usually carried out by so-called 'lone wolf' attackers. Now, one inventor in Belgium says he's come up with a way that could prevent them. Elena Casas reports.
