After being held for six years by an armed group, the son of former Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi has announced he will be running for presidency next year. He is accused of crimes against humanity by the International Criminal Court and sentenced to death by the Tripoli court. Is he a worthy candidate to take Libya forward?
