Veteran filmmaker Georges Nasser is considered the grandfather of Lebanese cinema, a title many say is well-deserved. Nasser directed the first-ever Lebanese film featured at the Cannes Film Festival. And now his fans in Beirut have honoured Nasser with an event dedicated to his legacy.
