Russia Doping Scandal: Court lifts lifetime ban on 39 Russian athletes

The Court of Arbitration for Sport has lifted lifetime Olympic bans on 39 out of 42 Russian athletes convicted of doping at the 2014 Sochi Games. The court said there was insufficient evidence for the bans to remain in place. TRT World Sports Correspondent Lance Santos has more.
