President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visits flood-hit Kherson

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is in Kherson to survey the destruction and offer support. He's blamed Russia for the damage and calls it an ecological catastrophe. Zelenskyy visited neighbourhoods and spoke with rescue teams and soldiers. Samir Puri from King's College London weighs in on the significance of this visit.
