Greeks head to polls for second round of voting in election

Polls have opened in Greece for parliamentary elections. Former Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis is seeking another four years after falling short of an outright majority in May's contest. Sunday's poll falls under new rules that award a bonus of 25-50 seats to the winning party, depending on its performance. Abdulvehab Ejupi explains.
