The Iraqi government says it has fulfilled the security agreement with Iran and hopes its neighbour will cease attacks on Iraqi territory. Tehran had warned that it could use force if Baghdad did not comply with the agreement by the September nineteen deadline. TRT World’s Diplomatic Correspondent Hasan Abdullah reports from northern Iraq.
