Africa Matters: 13th African Games begin in Ghana

Thousands of athletes are in Ghana for the 13th African Games, the continent's version of the Olympics. After several delays, the city of Accra is finally hosting the competition, which serves as a qualifier for some sporting disciplines ahead of the 2024 Olympics in Paris.
