Former US President Donald Trump will go on trial in New York on April 15 over accusations he misused election campaign funds to pay so-called hush money. He will now be the first US president in history to face a criminal trial. But there was better news for Trump at another court hearing. Our North America Correspondent Jon Brain reports.
