Serbia moves to reintroduce compulsory military service
Serbia is about to reintroduce mandatory military service, 13 years after it was abandoned. President Aleksandar Vucic has proposed that it should last two and a half months, a little longer than in neighbouring Croatia. What effects could this have in a region that was at war just 30 years ago? Marko Vlahovic takes a look.
