Africa Matters: Ethiopia-Somalia Deal
Somalia and Ethiopia have reached a deal in Ankara to end a year-long bitter dispute over a port agreement with the breakaway Somaliland region. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has described it as a ‘historic reconciliation’.
