Lebanon parliament to elect new president on Thursday
Lebanon’s parliament will convene on Thursday to elect a new president, amid the country's ongoing crisis following months of devastating Israeli strikes. The sectarian government has failed to elect a president after more than two years, and a dozen scheduled elections. Our correspondent Randolph Nogel reports from Beirut.
