Romanian President Klaus Iohannis resigns after cancelled election
Romania's President has resigned following pressure for him to step down ahead of a re-run of the country’s presidential election. Klaus Iohannis, a pro-EU liberal, HAD said he would stay on until a successor was elected in May. Romania's top court ordered a re-run of the election after allegations of Russian state meddling. Paul Hawkins reports
