Trump says Canada and Mexico cannot avert tax on goods

Stocks in the US tumbled after President Donald Trump confirmed that 25% tariffs on Canada and Mexico will begin on Tuesday. Canada says it will retaliate, while the US' largest trading partner Mexico is trying to avoid the levies by cracking down on drug trafficking and illegal immigration. Craig Boswell reports.
