Markets continue to see red as world economies wrestle with the aftermath of Donald Trump's sweeping tariffs. The European Union says it's ready to negotiate with Washington as the bloc's leaders gather in Brussels to mount a united response. Shadia Edwards-Dashti has more on the fallout.
