US Supreme Court hear arguments on birthright citizenship

Any child born in America immediately becomes a US citizen. But Donald Trump is trying to ban the policy. The case is now at the Supreme Court, and it could determine the outcome of hundreds of other executive orders signed by the president. Selina Downes reports from Washington.
