In Kenya, thousands of people are expected to take part in what organisers are calling a ‘memorial march’ on Wednesday, to honour those killed during last year’s deadly tax protests. As allegations of excessive force by law enforcement continue - many Kenyans are asking who is protecting them from the police? Anne Macharia finds out.
