Donald Trump has called the leaders of the US Agency for International Development, USAID. Elon Musk has also chimed in saying it was time for the government agency to die. From Nigeria to Ukraine, health and education NGOs are concerned, after the US administration froze all aid spending for three months. Bassam Bounenni has more.
