15M Ugandan students haven't been in class since March 2020

In Uganda, 15 million pupils have been kept home since March last year when schools were shut to stop the spread of the coronavirus. The extended closure has forced some teachers out of the profession, and others out of the bounds of the law. Darren Allan Kyeyune reports.
