Toronto Shooting: Family of gunman claim he was mentally ill

We're now learning more about the alleged shooter in Toronto, who opened fire and went on a deadly rampage. Police say they've got a jig-saw puzzle to solve. It comes just three months after a deadly van attack - now Toronto has once again been shaken to its core. TRT World's Jeff Harrington has our update from there tonight.
