How is the West reacting to Israel's military operation in Jenin?

At least 10 Palestinians have been killed in the occupied West Bank city of Jenin during an Israeli military raid. The Palestinian Red Crescent says its crews have evacuated 3,000 people - including patients and the elderly. Mouin Rabbani from the Center for Conflict and Humanitarian Studies explains.
