Obama's Cuba policy two years on
More than two years since after Obama's landmark announcement to normalise US ties with Cuba, most Cubans continue to wait for "change."

President Barack Obama arrived in Cuba in March 2016 on a historic visit, opening a new chapter in US engagement with the island's Communist government after decades of animosity between the former Cold War foes.
A signature moment in Obama's legacy was his decision to normalise ties with Cuba. The thawing of relations meant an end to 50 years of animosity and came with a promise of a brighter future for Cubans.
But more than two years after the landmark announcement, Anelise Borges looks at how Obama's Cuba policy has largely failed to deliver change to the island.
