Several wind-whipped fires broke out on Monday that caused more than 200.000 people to evacuate from their homes in California.

Unrelenting wildfires fanned by hot, dry Santa Ana winds threatened more than 12,000 homes in southern California, forcing more than 200.000 people to flee from their homes for safety.
