US hits back at Israeli criticism after abstaining from UN vote

The US abstained from a UN Security Council vote condemning settlements last Friday. The move created a strong backlash from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his US supporters — among them president-elect Donald Trump.
