Russia says it will respond to diplomatic expulsions at right time
It's been more than three weeks since ex-spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter were poisoned with a nerve agent in the English city of Salisbury. In response, more than 100 Russian diplomats were expelled from dozens of states around the world.

Russia has vowed to retaliate against countries that have expelled its diplomats over the poisoning of a former Russian double agent in the UK. 

More than two dozen nations – and NATO – have ordered the expulsions. 

Now, Russian officials are warning against a return to a 'Cold War' situation.
