A peace march was organised by German Muslim groups in Berlin to condemn terrorism and violence in the name of Islam.

Hundreds of people, many of them Muslim, gathered in Germany's capital Berlin to show solidarity in the face of the recent terror attacks.

But marches like these have generated controversy as the country's largest Islamic organisation says they risk unnecessarily stigmatising Muslims.
