Moroccan ski hopeful trains in the Sahara desert

Moroccan skier Samir Azzimani hopes the desert's sandy slopes are his path to Olympic glory.

Azzimani was the country's sole representative in Vancouver in 2010, where he finished 44th in the regular slalom. He was one of just three African skiers in the race.

Moroccan skier Samir Azzimani is preparing for the next year's Winter Olympics in South Korea.  

And for this he found an unusual way to prepare himself in a country where there is no snow.
