To east Africa now, where officials say every year, more than five thousand people are killed by storms along the continent's largest lake. In some areas of Lake Victoria, there are daily thunderstorms and lightning strikes. Philip Owira has the story of an engineer in Kenya who believes he has a way of keeping people safe.
