Peru, Ecuador declare health emergency after bird flu outbreak

Peru and Ecuador have declared health emergencies because of bird flu. Over the past few months, tens of millions of birds have been slaughtered across Europe and the US and now wild birds are turning up dead on South American beaches. TRT World's Andy Roesgen has a look at how the problem is affecting more than just the birds.
