Russian Spy Mystery: Britain to expel 23 Russian diplomats

Moscow has accused the UK of hostile action, after Britain announced it was expelling 23 Russian diplomats. Prime minister Theresa May made the announcement after Moscow failed to meet a midnight deadline to explain the nerve agent attack on former double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter.
