South Africa Land Reform: Ramaphosa promises faster land redistribution

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa says his government will expedite the land redistribution from wealthy white farmers to poorer blacks. Addressing parliament on Wednesday, Ramaphosa said the land issue will soon implode if not hastened. He however warned against illegal occupation. Melanie Rice reports.
