Azerbaijan to resettle people displaced by Armenian occupiers

The government of Azerbaijan hopes to begin the large-scale resettling of internally displaced people at the start of next year. Tens of thousands of Azerbaijanis were forced out of their homes in the 1990s by Armenian occupation forces. TRT World’s Hasan Abdullah looks at the preparations under way to bring them home.
